Broad Beans With Eggs And Sausages

1. Ingredients

  • 1 kg of broad beans
  • Two chives
  • Four cloves of garlic
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • Flour
  • 100 g of sausages
  • Two sprigs of fresh mint
  • Eight quail eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

The vegetables cooked canned or bulk, such as those sold in many markets, are the best friends of fast food. They provide a brutal contribution of healthy nutrients, and you have to think about what to mix them with.

2. How To Do It Step By Step-Eggs

a. Prepare the beans

If you prefer to cook the beans yourself, shred them and cook them in salted water for about 12 minutes until they are tender. Then, drain them, cool them in cold water, so they don’t lose color, and set them aside.

b. Saute the accompaniment

First, clean the chives, wash, and chop them finely. Then peel the garlic and chop them too. And cut the sausage or sausage into small cubes.

Heat a bottom of oil in a nonstick skillet. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute or so. Add the chopped chives and the sausage cubes and cook for a few minutes, until the chives are soft.

c. Make the bottom of the stew and cook

Sprinkle a pinch of flour over the mixture, stir and add the wine. Let it cook for a few minutes until it reduces. Wash the mint and chop it. Add it to the set and season.

Finally, pour in a little water and cook until it begins to thicken. Add the beans and cook everything together for a few moments to mix the flavors.
